What we do
Rehabilitation Course
The bedrock of this course is the belief in the human potential.
“You must learn to see men and women not as lost and accursed things, but as perfect beings advancing to become complete”. by Wallace Wattles
There are no “bad” or “evil” people. An engine, which is on the rails pulling a heavy train, is perfect after its kind, and it is good. The power of steam, which drives it, is good. Let a broken rail throw the engine into the ditch, and it does not become bad or evil by being so displaced; it is a perfectly good engine, but off the track.
The power of steam that drives it into the ditch and wrecks it is not evil, but a perfectly good power. So that which is misplaced or applied in an incomplete or partial way is not evil. There are no evil people; there are perfectly good people who are off the track, but they do not need condemnation or punishment; they only need to get upon the rails again.”
This is our goal in this project, to get every displaced individual back on track. Whether they be street teenagers, addicted individuals, those in correction centers and violent criminals. They can all be helped to get back on track by helping them understand themselves, their programming and their ability to rewrite this if so desired.

PARADIGM SHIFT SERIES
Organizations and the people in them need to be able to identify and work with changing paradigms. Equally important, they need to be able to generate their new paradigms. Without this, every organization is bound to stagnate. Leaders and employees can forget to innovate, assuming that successful strategies in the past will also lead to future success. However, by taking a thoughtful look at paradigms, we can look ahead without fear because we will be helping to create the future.
SELF-IMAGE SERIES
The “self-image” is the key to human personality and human behavior. More than this, the “self-image” sets the boundaries of individual accomplishment. Expand the self-image and you expand the “area of the possible”. The development of an adequate, realistic self-image will seem to imbue the individual with new capabilities, and new talents and turn failure into success.
Self-image psychology explains many phenomena which were not properly understood in the past. There is irrefutable clinical evidence in the fields of individual psychology, psychosomatic medicine, and industrial psychology that there are “success-type”, “failure-type”, “happiness-prone”, “unhappiness-prone”, “health-prone” and “disease-prone” personalities.
Self-image psychology throws new light on these, and many other observable facts of life. It throws new light for example on “the power of positive thinking” and explains why it “works” with some individuals and not with others.
To understand the Self-image and use it in your own life, you need to know something about the mechanism it employs to accomplish its goal. This series reveals how the human brain and nervous system operate purposefully following the known principles of cybernetics to accomplish the goals of the individual and by extension that of their organizations.
LEAD THE FIELD SERIES _
This series is based on one of the printed works of Earl Nightingale who is recognized as the Dean of Personal motivation. Because of the number of top executives that incorporated Earl Nightingale’s insight and guidance into their management philosophies, it became known as the “program of presidents”.
In this course, we dive into his classic program where we shall see what he describes as the magic word- ATTITUDE- that determines our actions, as well as the actions of others, and that tells the world what we expect from it.
LAWS OF ACHIEVEMENT SERIES _
In this course, we will review the philosophy inspired by the great steel magnate Andrew Carnegie. He disclosed his formula of personal achievement to Napoleon Hill, whom he also commissioned to interview 500 wealthy men who also gladly revealed the philosophy behind their riches. Napoleon Hill summarized these laws into one great Philosophy.
Success in this world is always a matter of individual effort, yet you will only be deceiving yourself if you believe you can succeed without the cooperation of other people. Individual effort is only relevant to the extent that each person must decide in his mind what is wanted. From this point on achieving success is a matter of skillfully and tactfully inducing others to co-operate. Before you have the right to ask for or expect cooperation from other people, you must first show a willingness to cooperate with them.
The purpose of this course is to enable you to find out how you may become more capable in your chosen field and convert all past failures to assets.
It also provides:
- A definite plan by which anyone who works for wages or salary may promote him or herself to a higher income with the full consent and cooperation of his/her employer.
- A definite plan through which any businessperson may convert his or her customers into permanent clients, and through their willing cooperation add new customers who will likewise become permanent.
- A definite plan through which any salesperson of life insurance, or other useful service or merchandise, may convert buyers into willing workers who will aid in finding new clients.
- A definite plan through which any employer may convert his or her employees into personal friends, under circumstances that will enable him or her to make the business more profitable for himself or herself and for the employees.
SCHOOL PROGRAM
The critical lack of a subject/program that sensitizes teachers/students on the mind and its management continues to foster the downward spiral of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and lackluster performance in academics. Our failure as educational institutions to correctly diagnose these issues as a self-image/paradigm problem has allowed them to fester.
We aim to empower students with transformational knowledge and materials that enlighten them about the limitless potential they possess helping them build a better self-image, and self-confidence and setting goals correctly to bring about fulfillment.
There is genius locked in every child! However, most are unconsciously hypnotized, either by ideas uncritically accepted by others (especially their teachers and parents) or that they have convinced themselves are true.
Within every child, regardless of how big a failure they may think themselves to be, is the ability and power to be happy and successful. This power becomes available just as soon as they can drop ideas such as “I can’t “, “I’m not worthy”, “I don’t deserve it” and other self-limiting ideas.
